Return Policy (Wandarra on WePlenty)
Effective date: 21 February 2026
This Return Policy applies to purchases made from Wandarra’s shopfront on the WePlenty Marketplace.
1) Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major failure, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund (and may be entitled to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss). If a product has a minor failure, we’ll repair or replace it within a reasonable time.
2) Transit damage, faults, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WePlenty messages (preferred) or email (below).
- Include: order number, photos of the item + packaging, and a short description of the issue.
- Please keep the item and packaging until the claim is assessed (couriers may require inspection).
If approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the ACL.
3) Change-of-mind returns (where accepted)
Because many building products are heavy, bulky, or project-specific, change-of-mind returns are limited.
We may accept change-of-mind returns if all of the below apply:
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
- Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition/packaging
- It’s a standard stocked product (not custom or made-to-order)
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:
- Cut-to-size, customised, or made-to-order items
- Items that have been installed, sealed, painted, cut, drilled, altered, or used
- Clearance/sale items (unless faulty under ACL)
Fees & shipping for change-of-mind
- Return freight is the buyer’s responsibility (including insurance and safe packaging).
- A restocking/handling fee may apply for bulky/freight items once assessed (we’ll confirm before you ship anything back).
4) How refunds are processed
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used on WePlenty (or another method required by ACL).
- Once the return is received and inspected, we process refunds within 5–10 business days (bank processing times can vary).
5) How to request a return
Start your request:
- Via WePlenty messages (recommended), or
- Email: sales@hulkbuild.com.au (include your WePlenty order number)

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Wandarra’s shopfront on the WePlenty Marketplace.
1) Where we ship
- We ship Australia-wide, including many regional areas.
- Some remote/very remote locations may require additional transit time and/or a freight quote prior to dispatch.
2) Processing & dispatch timeframes
Dispatch times vary by product type and order size:
- In-stock standard items: typically 2–5 business days to dispatch
- Made-to-order / project quantities: dispatch timeframes are confirmed in your order update or quote
For hemp building panels and sheet goods (e.g., 1200 × 2400 boards and related ranges), orders often ship as freight due to size/weight.
3) Shipping methods
We use a mix of:
- Parcel courier (small items)
- Road freight / pallet freight (sheet goods, bulk orders, building materials)
4) Shipping costs
- Shipping is calculated at checkout where available.
- If an order requires pallet/freight pricing that cannot be accurately calculated at checkout, we will contact you with the best freight option before dispatch (and confirm any additional freight cost if applicable).
5) Delivery details (important for freight)
For pallet/freight deliveries:
- Delivery is typically kerbside / to driveway (not inside premises).
- Ensure site access for a truck and safe unloading. You may need a forklift or tail-lift service depending on the consignment—if tail-lift is required, let us know at checkout/ordering notes.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or incorrect details, re-delivery and storage charges may apply.
6) Authority to leave, signatures & safe place
- Some deliveries may require a signature.
- If you provide Authority to Leave, you accept responsibility once the carrier marks the delivery as completed.
7) Tracking
Where tracking is available, it will be shared via your WePlenty order / dispatch notification.
8) Missing parcels or delivery issues
If your order is delayed, missing, or shows delivered but wasn’t received:
- Contact us within 5 business days so we can lodge a carrier enquiry promptly.
9) Pick-up (if arranged)
Pick-up may be available by appointment from our facility in Bohle, QLD (Townsville region). Contact us to arrange prior to ordering. y is not defined.
