*Removal of dust, debris, and light build residue
*Clean-down of walls, ceilings, doors, frames, skirting and fixtures
*Floors vacuumed, scrubbed and mopped (machine scrub where required)
*Wipe-down of benches, shelving and fixed surfaces (external surfaces)
*Cleaning of light fittings, vents, switches and power points (surface clean)
*Spot clean of internal glass/partitions (where applicable)
*Final presentation clean
External areas (optional / where required)
*Sweep and tidy hardstand areas
*High-pressure clean of driveways, loading zones and pathways
*Removal of minor cement splashes/overspray (where safely removable)
Exclusions (unless agreed)
Internal machinery/refrigeration components, specialised equipment cleaning, oil stain removal, and re-cleans caused by ongoing trades.
Site requirements
Cleaning is completed after works are finished, with power, water, and safe access provided on site.
