Beachtree Distilling Co. Quokka Gin
Beachtrees signature gin. Inspired by the happiest animals on Earth—quokkas—the friendly and well-known locals who have made Western Australia’s Rottnest Island famous. This gin is for berry lovers. Handcrafted in small batches at our distillery, they’ve used organically grown juniper, elderberries, bilberries, hibiscus and mountain pepper berries, giving it a fruity berry front and warm finish. Balanced with native Australian botanicals, including finger lime you’re left with a sweet spiced flavour. Just like its namesake, Quokka Gin is bound to put a smile on your face!
Fever-tree Tonic water
Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic water is product using a variety of botanical. The most distinct are the quinine and oils from Mexican Bitter Oranges, providing a uniquely refreshing and clean aroma and taste. The story of Fever-Tree is one of a pursuit for the best. In 2004, unhappy with the poor state of spirit mixers, founders Tim and Charles began trawling through history books and poring over maps to find sources of the very best ingredients, eventually travelling to the ends of the earth to get hold of them.
